Thank you for visiting Brain Fitness Trends. I created both and out of personal experience. My wife suffered a
Brain Aneurysm 8 years ago resulting in a loss of short term memory. I can say that I have seen the 6 Pillars of a Healthy Brain Lifestyle in action. We try and live these 6 Pillars every day and the results have been more than I could have imagined.
